1. The applicant must have good experience in playing musical instrument in various styles.

 

2. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Any registration submitted by individuals below 18 years of age will not be considered valid.

 

3. The applicant must adhere to all the terms and regulations of the nomination process and any challenges that may arise.

 

4. Applicant must submit all the true information and documents.

 

5. The applicant must be physically available at the venue whenever  the organizing committee schedules and calls the interviews and for challenges.

 

6. The applicant must select only one category of instruments to perform and complete the challenges. The applicant can choose any instrument from his respective category to perform any the challenges.

 

7. The applicant must arrange and bring all the required instruments and accessories of their own to perform and complete the challenges, and will soul responsible for their care. The Organizing committee does not hold any responsibility for loss or damage of any of the instruments or accessories.

 

8. The applicant must not have any obligations or hold any rights if the organizing committee uses and uploads the applicant’s submitted videos or any other videos related to the event to any of the social media platforms.

 

9. If the applicant fails to submit data or videos within the given time or in a specific format, or fails to meet any specific criteria, then the organizing committee has the right to disqualify the applicant without any obligations.

 

10. The applicant must pay entry fees of 200/- only to the organizing committee, for which the organizing committee will draw a receipt against the payment. Apart from the entry fees, the applicant must not pay any kind of money to any member of the organizing committee. If any applicant pays any money apart from fees to any member of the organizing committee, then the Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any such transactions.

 

11. Once the application submitted will be not canceled neither the entry fees will be refunded.

 

12. For technical specifications and rules, please go through the website carefully 

 

13. The applicant must follow all the technical specification of recording video and submission. If the submitted video does not match with the specific format or to the technical specification, or miss to submitted before the due date, then the candidate application will be disqualified without any obligations.
