Shipping and Refund policy

India Rock Event Registration & Digital Delivery

  • Digital Nature of Service: India Rock is a digital application and physical event process. No physical tickets, merchandise, or goods will be shipped to your address upon registration.

  • Application Confirmation: Upon successfully submitting your application and completing the payment, you will receive a digital confirmation and your unique participant ID number via email. This ID number must be used on the A3 board for your video submission.

  • Communication: All further schedules, including invites to the online Q&A with the jury, will be delivered electronically via email.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Application Fees for India Rock

  • Non-Refundable Entry Fee: The audition entry fee of 200 INR is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Disqualification: If a participant is disqualified for failing to meet the video submission guidelines (e.g., incorrect format, missing the A3 information board, or incorrect video length), the entry fee will not be refunded.

  • Event Cancellation: In the highly unlikely event that the India Rock talent hunt is permanently canceled by Dhruva’s Digi World prior to the commencement of the audition evaluation phase, entry fees may be refunded at the discretion of the organizers.
